Believe
it or not, according to a recent study from London they are accustomed
to waking up early will have a more slender body shape, happier, and
healthier than those who used to wake up at noon.
Researchers
at the University of Roehampton England concluded, getting up early
also provides other benefits such as arriving at work on time, every
school needs to prepare children early, and finish homework faster.
Researchers
added, in people who have a habit of staying up late into the night,
will usually tend to have feelings of anxiety or stress is higher and
potentially overweight.
In his observations, researchers have interviewed 1068 adults related to health and their sleep habits. The

"There
