Fitter body to wake up early

Most of us would know, up in the morning good for health. But most of us are still struggling to get out of bed when the sun was about to show its rays.
According to Jorge Cruise, author of 3-Hour Diet On the Go there are some simple steps slowly untu k get fitness to get up early: The first day. Try to get up 10-15 minutes earlier than usual. Then do some simple movements to limber up the body. The second day after waking up early to do sit-ups. "This all can be done without the need to replace our nightgowns. The third day (day after), try it with a slightly different sports such as up and down stairs or around the complex home by bicycle.
According to this simple step does not necessarily make us into the category of sports lovers. But at least we make wake up 10-15 minutes early to be a real activity. "If this is successfully done, then please go to the next level of sport." And the next step is to make us 5 minutes early to welcome the day, "Later we can really get up 30 minutes faster!". When I got in 30 minutes early to get up early, Cruise belief, we'll get used to even miss the air and morning sun. So in Islam there are goals Fajr prayer so that we get up early and all the prayer, the prayer movement, such as gymnastics so healthy and fit body.
So be sure you'll get used to fit all day.
